This easy to use freeware application allows you to quickly build colored HTML scroll bars for your web sites using 'Style' and 'Body' attributes. The HTML code can be saved as a HTML (.html) file or copied directly to your Clipboard or Notepad and then pasted into your HTML editor. Just add the code into your <head> ....</head> section of your web page.
The code is generated in the following format:
